We are a husband and wife team, Simon & Leanne Davidson, based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Our location means that we have both the industrial city of Sheffield and also the beautiful Peak District countryside right on our doorstep.
We are property developers with a passion for creating stylish and functional quality homes. We are dedicated to transforming unloved properties into beautiful, livable spaces that truly inspire and that we would be happy to live in ourselves.
I (Leanne) have been fascinated by property from a young age, always yearning to own my own home and do it up, then later in life becoming obsessed with the renovation and conversion of different types of property.
I have honed my skills in property renovation, refurbishment, and interior design through my own personal journey up the property ladder.
Simon has owned and operated a local business in Chesterfield for many years, but has now turned his attention to property investment and development, as we believe that we can create greater things together than we can individually.
Our aim is to add value to properties through strategic upgrades and renovations. Driven by a love of good design and stylish homes, we have a keen eye for harmonious colour combinations that enhance the overall aesthetic of a space.
We take a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to each project, ensuring that every aspect of a property is optimized for maximum livability and aesthetic appeal, thereby being able to maximize the returns on investment.
